Justice Ringnes delivered the leading opinion in the plenary case and thus wrote the judgment. The translation is now ready on our website Supreme Court Justice Arne Ringnes and legal translator Reidun Ellen Engh are putting the finishing touches on the English translation of the Svalbard judgment. Dommen avgjør Svalbardtraktatens geografiske rekkevidde og gir en grundig innføring i traktatretten. Ringnes var førstvoterende dommer i plenumssaken og dermed den som førte dommen i pennen.
